A Lesson for all Buffets

I’ve always wondered how servers/waiters knew whether you were “done-done” or “just getting more food” at those all you can eat buffets. Especially if you’re eating alone. Well, Sweet Tomato figured it out. I think those guys did some pretty serious customer-experience consulting, because they also put knives next to the baked potatoes (so you can slice open the aluminum foil and put your toppings directly onto the spud).

Yeah, I’ve definitely seen Sweet Tomato improve each time I’ve been there. I think there’s one coming to Cincy, actually…
