A Lesson for all Buffets

by rally on Jan.02, 2009, under dayclicks

I’ve always wondered how servers/waiters knew whether you were “done-done” or “just getting more food” at those all you can eat buffets. Especially if you’re eating alone. Well, Sweet Tomato figured it out. I think those guys did some pretty serious customer-experience consulting, because they also put knives next to the baked potatoes (so you can slice open the aluminum foil and put your toppings directly onto the spud).

DayClicks

Wow, following the inspiration of http://love-ly.tumblr.com/, I’ve decided to post one picture of my daily life, too. Not so much a new year resolution on my part (it was for her), but an interesting way to keep this blog up to date and a way to keep my camera constantly moving. I have been a little sad lately that I haven’t taken as many pictures. It’s a sign that my life just isn’t that interesting anymore, and it makes me miss the hustle and bustle of college life even more!

I do still plan to make regular posts. (“Regular”) And the occasional 3pix when my life warrants enough activity and attention for one!

So, in its honor, the first picture of 2009:
